Surprise Going Away and Thank You Party for Carol!!

Help us say thank you and best of luck to Carol as she leaves the Islands YMCA to take on a great new job and venture in Liberty County. Sorry for the late notice but next week is her last week on the job at Islands. We need to know who is coming ASAP so we can get a count to the caterers.

When: Friday, April 15 at 7 p.m.
Where:  Islands YMCA Basketball Gym
Who:  All Competitive Gymnasts + Family
What:  Moe’s Southwest will be catering — chicken and beef taco bar complete with fixings
Cost:  $25 per family to cover the cost of food, drinks and gifts

For her gift we would like to do three things and we need your help with these please.

• Poster of all gymnasts – send in pictures of your gymnasts to Iris Stein and she will make sure they are included. All pictures are due by Tuesday, April 12
• Picture of Carol w/ gymnasts – we will take this picture on Friday with whomever can be there – and we will have a mat that everyone can sign, including parents at her party.
• Card/letter for Carol – we know Carol would love to get a card and/or letter from all the gymnasts – if you can bring those to the gym on Friday we will get a nice box or bag and put them in there for her.

We would love to get some help to set-up on Friday – and if someone wants to take over decorations, that would be great. Please email Melissa Hille if you are interested.
